Gold ore-dressing technologies
Short description:
The major developments for gold ore processing are the various technological schemes, including:
- Roasting of the slime concentrate with subsequent cyanide coal-sorption extraction, elution, electrolysis, eliquation at the Dore gold for the rebellious gold-arsenious ores of the «Rodnikovoe» and «Yuzhno-Tohtarovskoe» deposits.
- Production of the commercial gold slime concentrates according to the single-stage scheme for the sulphide gold-copper ore of the «Kelinshektau» deposit, low-sulphid gold ore of the «Zholbarsty» and «Nizhne-Kumystinskoe» deposits.
- Production of the gold-silver-copper concentrates according to the two-stage scheme for the «Shovan» deposit.
- Production of the commercial gravity copper and lead concentrates according to gravity-flotation two-stage scheme for the gold-silver-copper-lead ore of the «Verhne-Kumystinskoe» deposits.
- Cyanide coal-sorption extraction of the slime concentrate, eluation, electrolysis, eliquation for the gold-copper ores of the «Yubileinoe» deposit.
- Production of the commercial gold concentrates using flotation for gold ores «Aksu» and «Zholymbet» deposits and spoiled tails of the Aksu concentration plant and Zholymbet gold beneficiation plant.
- Production of the slime lead concentrate with high content of lead and silver for gold-lead-silver ores of the «Prognoz» deposit.
Process procedure for design are developed.
Level of readiness:
The following developments in place:
- gravity-flotation production of the gold concentrate using the tails of the old tailing dump at the Ridder concentration plant;
- gold-extraction section for ore processing of the Tishinskiy deposit;
- three-stage scheme of flotation in order to gold ore process with reducing the loss of gold in the flotation tails by 50% at the Suzdalskiy deposit;
- processing of gold ore of residuum by heap leaching for ore field of the Raygorodskiy deposit;
- flotation of gold-lead-barium ore with high assay of oxygenized lead for «Zhanalyk» deposit;
- processing of low-sulphid and sulphid gold ores by sorption cyanide leaching for «Sekisovskoe» deposit.
Economic effect from realization implementation of implemented development at the gold extraction plants is more than $27 million per year.
