At the instruction of the Head of State, the digital platform "Register of Kazakhstani Commodity Manufacturers" has been launched. It is available to all users on the website e-ondiris.gov.kz, and all businesses can apply for registration today.

"The key advantage of the Register compared to the previous mechanism for confirming the origin of goods is, first and foremost, digitalization." "Application submission, review, and decision-making are all conducted online, ensuring transparency and control at all stages," emphasized Ersayin Nagaspayev, Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Second, the process is debureaucratized. The system is integrated with government databases, reducing the amount of paperwork and the administrative burden on businesses. Third, this service is provided by government agencies free of charge, without the involvement of private auditors and experts. The Minister noted that to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, more than 1,800 current holders of industrial certificates, which previously confirmed their status as Kazakhstani manufacturers, have been automatically transferred to the Registry. These companies are required to complete the required information in the system and sign the application using a digital signature within one month. Currently, approximately one thousand companies have logged into the system. Overall, the Registry was created to improve the targeting and transparency of government support and its targeted distribution to enterprises with actual production activities.
