Biography

Adlet D. Dogambekov was born in 1984.

He graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovative University.

2026 – Completed the AI Leaders Program at Stanford University – Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence and the Silk Road Innovation Hub; graduate of Artificial Intelligence courses.

From 2006 to 2012, he worked within the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding the diplomatic rank of Second Secretary, Second Class.

From 2012 to June 29, 2020, he held managerial positions in commercial organizations.

June 29, 2020 – November 30, 2020 – Advisor for Investment Projects at SEC Soltüstik JSC.

December 22, 2020 – January 20, 2022 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board (Member of the Management Board) of Republican Center for Space Communications JSC (KazSat, Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

January 20, 2022 – May 11, 2022 – Acting Director General of RSE Infrakos (Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Baikonur.

June 6, 2022 – January 31, 2023 – Managing Director for Development of KTZ Express Hong Kong Limited, a subsidiary of KTZ Express JSC, NC KTZ JSC.

February 1, 2023 – January 15, 2026 – Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of several commercial organizations.

January 15, 2026 – July 27, 2026 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board (Member of the Management Board) of Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of Housing and Communal Infrastructure JSC (Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Oversaw the Department of Housing Relations and Regulatory and Technical Regulation and the Department of Digital Integration.
