Recently, Professor Dosmurat Aitkulov, First Deputy Director General of the National Center on Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, participated in the XV International Conference on Engineering and Innovative Materials, which was held in Kyoto, Japan, at the Kyoto University of Advanced Sciences.
The conference brought together scientists and specialists from around the world working in the field of new materials, modern engineering technologies, and innovative developments. The international scientific forum provided a platform for the exchange of scientific ideas and research results, discussion of promising areas, and strengthening professional ties between researchers.
During the conference, Dosmurat Aitkulov presented the results of physicochemical studies of processes for producing ferroalloy materials during the integrated processing of vanadium-containing quartzites in Kazakhstan. The results presented sparked professional interest and became the subject of meaningful discussions with international colleagues. The discussions addressed issues of further scientific collaboration, joint research, and the implementation of international projects.
According to Dosmurat Aitkulov, one of the distinctive features of the conference was the pronounced practical focus of most of the research presented. A significant portion of the presentations focused on solving specific technological and production problems.
During the meetings and discussions, Dosmurat Aitkulov also briefed his international colleagues on the work of scientists at the National Center on Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noting that the Center's scientific programs and projects are aimed at addressing pressing issues in the domestic mining and metallurgical industry, the integrated processing of mineral and industrial raw materials, the development and implementation of new technologies, and the commercialization of research results. This approach facilitates the transformation of research results into technologies in demand by industry and enhances the contribution of science to the technological development of the economy.
The participation of Kazakhstani scientists in international scientific forums facilitates the expansion of professional contacts, the exchange of best practices, and the development of new areas of joint research. The development of international scientific cooperation and the combined efforts of scientists from different countries create additional opportunities for developing innovative solutions in demand by industry and society.
Dosmurat Aitkulov's participation in the 15th International Conference on Engineering and Innovative Materials was another step in strengthening the international scientific ties of the RSE "NC CPMRM RK" of the Republic of Kazakhstan and promoting the achievements of Kazakhstani science internationally.
