Kazakhstan may lose the unique invention of the late Pavlodar resident

Kazakhstan may lose the miracle furnace invented by Pavlodarian Nikolai Khramov for producing break-even energy, the correspondent reportsTengrinews.kz with reference to the General Director of the RSE "National Center for Integrated Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Abdurasul Zharmenov.

The reason for this is the lack of funds for its implementation. "We planned to create an experimental complex with the production of thermal and electric environmentally waste-free energy at the experimental site of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies in Almaty. The project includes the installation of a 300 kW power plant. At this small installation, without spending a lot of money, it was necessary to work out the entire mechanism for obtaining break-even energy by layered combustion of coal and limestone using the method of Pavlodar inventor Nikolai Khramov. In 2013, we dug a foundation pit for construction, but due to lack of funding, we had to suspend all work," says Zharmenov.

In January of this year, Nikolai Khramov himself died. However, scientists claim that they will be able to implement his idea and fully develop the mechanism for further widespread use. "The project is very promising and we are not abandoning it. We keep in touch with the guys he worked with, and we hope for their help in installing the complex. We need to put into practice the entire mechanism of the installation. Find out which type of coal is more suitable for use and so on. We want to continue these works next year, but we don't really count on budget money," Zharmenov notes.

Meanwhile, Khramov's miracle oven has already successfully proven itself. In the Pavlodar region, several greenhouses are being heated with its help.

It should be noted that Pavlodar Kulibin was preparing to present his miracle oven among the innovative projects at EXPO-17. However, due to the current situation, the unique invention may not get to this exhibition, besides, Kazakhstani scientists are afraid that they may lose it altogether.

"It is important that we do not lose intellectual property rights, so that the development does not go away. The fact that she won't get to EXPO-17 is not so scary. The main thing is that our science does not lose it, so that it goes around the world with an adequate impact. We do not exclude that it may be secretly used somewhere. Unfortunately, the patent absolutely does not protect copyrights and the invention itself," explained the CEO of the RSE.

Earlier it was reported that the construction of an experimental complex worth 3.5 million dollars was planned to be completed by the end of 2014. At the same time, it was noted that for the first year of operation of the thermal complex, the net profit would amount to five million dollars. The uniqueness of the method lies in the smokeless method of obtaining thermal energy by burning coal and limestone. The combustible fuel is converted into slaked lime. It was noted that the heat installation of Pavlodar can be an alternative to existing thermal power plants, and heat both large enterprises and single-industry towns.

In January 2013, Nikolai Khramov patented his method of obtaining break-even energy at the Eurasian Patent Office. A number of enterprises in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan have announced their readiness to build small thermal power plants using the Khramov method.
