Starting January 1, 2026, the Register of Kazakhstani Commodity Producers (KTP Register) will come into effect in Kazakhstan. This digital platform will become a mandatory tool for domestic businesses to access regulated procurement and targeted state support measures.
In accordance with amendments to the Law "On Industrial Policy," participation in priority procurement and receiving state support will be available only to companies included in this Register.
Conditions for access to procurement and state support
The main requirement is confirmed actual production in Kazakhstan.
To register in the Registry, you must submit an application signed with a digital signature and undergo verification and production assessment. Registration is completed online through the e-ondiris.gov.kz platform.
Some information is automatically downloaded from government databases, while missing documents are uploaded by the applicant. The system performs digital verification based on "digital traces" – analyzing production sites, equipment, permits, supply chain, as well as electronic invoice data and customs statistics.
For each code of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity (3,371 commodity groups in total), requirements for technological operations and a minimum level of localization are established.
After inclusion in the Registry, subsequent monitoring is required to maintain participant status.
The video provides step-by-step instructions, from registration to inclusion in the Registry and subsequent monitoring to maintain participant status.
