On April 10, in Astana, First Deputy General Director Dosmurat Aitkulov participated in the 5th International Environmental Congress, organized by the Baitak Green Party of Kazakhstan. Representatives of green parties, scientists, and environmentalists from around the world, as well as heads of industry ministries and businesses, participated.
During the congress, Dosmurat Kyzylbievich delivered a report on "Problems of Processing Man-Made Mineral Formations in Kazakhstan," which addressed current issues related to the integration of secondary resources into the economy, environmental challenges, and the need to implement modern technological solutions.
The presentation focused on existing legal inaccuracies and barriers that limit scientists' access to man-made mineral formations for scientific research, as well as the limited availability of information about them. These factors hinder investment and impede the effective integration of man-made waste into industrial production.
