Founded on 1999 as the branch and served as the representative of RSE “NC CPMRM RK” , approved by the order of the General Director of RSE "NC CPMRM RK" from August 23, 2012, No.67 with the written consent of the Committee of State property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from August 06, 2012, No. CSPP-6-7522-2606 .

Coordinates the interaction of RSE "NC CPMRM RK" with State authorities, legislative and executive authorities, development institutions; conducts research in the field of refractory and accompanying materials.
